Miami
I wanted to share some images I photographed last year in Miami. My favorite is the second to last one of the Bank of America building.

Frank “the saxophonist”
Not even after much coaxing, we couldn’t get a few notes out of Frank, but nevertheless he was fun to have in the studio.

Kristin + Jason
As a precursor to their wedding, I had the opportunity to photograph Kristin and Jason this week. Their enthusiasm and excitement truly makes the photos. Kristin is able to convey a real sense of joy that makes her fun to photograph. I look forward to seeing them this weekend!

Europe
I have finally worked on some of the travel images from last year and I thought I would like to share them on the blog. I traveled in Europe visiting Amsterdam, Bruge, The Flanders area, Paris and Brussels. There are dozens of cemeteries and memorials throughout the Flanders area of Belgium honoring veterans form World War I. The morning I was there a fog settled in over much of the area and helped enhance the seriousness of the setting. More to come later.

Lake Point Tower
I helped on a project with my friend Anthony Vizzari, www.photostruct.com, last year photographing Lake Point Towers anniversary here in Chicago. At the time of it’s construction Lake Point Towers was the tallest residential building in the world. We worked on the top of the building for a number of shots which enabled us to get a unique point of view to the city. I am including some of the images I contributed on the project.

Veronica + Saurabh
Ceremony: Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Chicago
Reception: Sidebar Grill
Veronica and Saurabh met while traveling for their jobs in the wine industry. Good wine was present in never ending quantities at the reception. A small party with very high energy along with a bride and groom who were able to lead the celebration by their example.
