Erin+Christopher

By Paul Yamashiro, August 9, 2010

We had the beautiful Morton Arboretum in Lisle as the backdrop for Erin and Christopher’s wedding and reception. This plus a fun couple and great weather made for a perfect day.

Christine+Brian

By Paul Yamashiro, June 1, 2010

Christine and Brian were married at Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago just over a year after Brian played an integral role in helping to save the 134-year-old landmark from burning to the ground. In February of 2009, Brian and his firefighter colleagues responded to a call at the church at 5:30am and by 8:00am had successfully saved the church from total destruction.

Holy Name was repaired and reopened about 6 months later and Christine and Brian were recently honored to exchange vows in the cathedral. Then, following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the beautiful University Club of Chicago.

Their easy going nature made them fun to photograph….We wish them all the luck!

Great couple, beautiful venues, extraordinary event!

Colleen+John

Colleen and John were one of our favorite couples this year. They both had a great sense of humor and were fun to work with. Their ceremony and reception were both at University Club in Chicago. They always host a great event.

I never imagined that a civil ceremony at the Cultural Center would be so interesting. We were able to walk around the area and use the EL and Millennium Park as backdrops.

Referred to us from a past client, Shi-Fong and Rich were a fun couple to photograph. They look great in front of the camera and gave us the opportunity to hit some great shots.

Theresa + Martin

By Paul Yamashiro, November 11, 2009

The groom returned from Australia and the bride had to take a break from her practice to get married at St. Michael’s in Wheaton, Illinois. We were able to use the gardens at Cantigny to take some fun photos.
